The Electronic Cigarette Is Here

Tuesday, May 5th, 2009

So thinking of quiting smoking? I bet you have tried many ways to stop it. Well, some inventors have developed a unique cigarette that has zero percent tobacco and no other chemicals.

Say hello to “Electronic Cigarette” which is battery powered and 100% tobacco free. Can you imagine, a small cigarette shaped white stick that vaporises pure liquid nicotine into a puff of steam and it doesn’t contain any carcinogens, tar and 4,000 harmful chemicals as in traditional cigarettes.?

Gamucci Micro Electronic Cigarette created a small cartridge filled with liquid substance which gives a real smoking taste without burning any tobacco. Just like a normal cigarette, smokers can inhale vapor instead and feel like a proper drag. It runs on small 3.7 volt battery which can be recharged again and again.

Strange Fireball In TX Sky

Monday, February 16th, 2009

What appeared to be a fireball streaked across the Texas sky on Sunday morning, leading several people to call authorities to report seeing falling debris.

“We don’t know what it was,” said Federal Aviation Administration spokesperson Roland Herwig.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office used a helicopter to investigate after callers said they thought they saw a plane crashing, a spokesman said.

“We don’t doubt what people saw” but authorities found nothing, said spokesman John Foster.

The U.S. Strategic Command said there was no correlation to the sightings over Texas and Tuesday’s collision of satellites from the U.S. and Russia.

“There is no correlation between the debris from that collision and those reports of re-entry,” said Maj. Regina Winchester, with STRATCOM.

The FAA alerted pilots on Saturday to be aware of possible space fragments after a collision Tuesday between U.S. and Russian communication satellites. The chief of Russia’s Mission Control says clouds of debris from the collision will surround Earth for thousands of years and threaten several satellites.

Man Turns In To An Eyeborg

Monday, January 5th, 2009

A Canadian filmmaker plans to have a mini camera installed in his prosthetic (Fake) eye to make documentaries and raise awareness about surveillance in society.

Rob Spence is a 36 year old “eyeborg”, who lost an eye in an accident as a young man, said his so-called Project Eyeborg is to have the camera, a battery and a wireless transmitter mounted on a tiny circuit board. http://www.eyeborgblog.com/

Spence, in Brussels to appear at a media conference, said that no part of the camera would be connected to his nerves or brain.

He does not want to create a reality TV show and the camera can be turned off when not needed.

“I don’t want to go into a locker room. I don’t want to show the world me going to the bathroom either … “
